I gave one star because the bartender was sweet other than that it's was bad for business .......after leaving a comedy show at Zodiac lounge one of the comedians suggested we try out this bar (Zombie Club)I said OK,it was a group of 12 of us (Latin and African American)first timers from Chicago celebrating a night of comedy success,I seen a juke box so I automatically whipped out 5$ to play my songs of choice,(i dont drink but i love music)they had a great selection of genre that I took a interest in (Rap, hip hop ,R&B).A hour after selecting my music,I noticed that my music hadn't been played by the juke box.So I go back to the juke box put in another 2$ to get a song skip (which means my song plays next in line)and I wait 15 minutes after 2 songs and my picture being taken and uploaded on fb (on the clubs behalf via jukebox) I ask the bartender "what's going on I'm the only one that has been purchasing music yet haven't heard not 1song of my choice, even with the next to play option that I chose??"she goes on to say "it not her,she can't see whose on blue tooth etc."one of my friends ask around "hey did anyone purchase music?"they ALL say NO! and someone tells her the bartender stated to them"we are not going to play THAT music". (
One of my favorite bars because it's more intimate, less rowdy, and has a better vibe than other CP bars! Oh, and awesome bartenders! The food is awesome too, and they always have cool specials going on.
I love it here. Reminds me of central perk on FRIENDS only it's a bar not a coffee shop
Always a good time...good good...we don't even go for the food..it's like an added bonus
Casey is an awesome bartender and the bar has a great selection of beer. The atmosphere is very calm and boring during the day but lively at night.
