VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST. She is completely unprofessional to say the leastl. I was shocked how she immediately got rude with me and started arguing and throwing a tantrum like a child when I simply asked a question. If I could give negative stars I would. I have never been treated so rudely by a so-called professional establishment.
I have pretty bad anxiety with dental work. Dr. Arch definitely makes you feel at ease. Very nice and clean office. Plays music in background which is nice and adds to the comfort of the place.
Tells you your insurance covered the fillings and it didn't so I owed everything out of pocket. It even said on their door they wouldn't do any work without payment yet I owed after everything was done. They really pulled a fast one! Money hungry. Do NOT go here.
It took me forever to get an appointment here. Then 2 days before I was scheduled to go in they cancelled on me. I called to reschedule and they told me I didn't have to and everything was fine. Then they realized the Dr wouldn't be in that day so I would need to change my appointment. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. I will never go to this dentist they don't know what there doing there.
Very friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. The music helps with relaxing me during my appointment! I would recommend the dentists as they are very thorough and take their time with you!
