I asked for the main stylist and she look for a while and told me the appointment was available for the end of March (?!)
I am not use to the reporting negative experiences but this time I need to , in case the administration reads some of these comments and try to improve their staff performance. I went there to see if a prompt appointment to have trim and color was going to be possible. The arrogance and lack of manners of the front desk "girl" was a turning point as the women was observed by two other standing there sucking a straw while they mumble to each other and observing the way these one was giving me the dates available, together with the price would cost(?)
Went in for cut and color with a picture of the haircut I wanted. Stylist told me it was a lot of hair to cut off which I was well aware of. Showed her another picture of a little bit longer cut. She suggested an angled bob which I have had a million times and told her I do not want an angled bob and that I am tired of that look. She cut it how she wanted. I asked if she could cut it shorter. I could tell she was irritated that I asked. She cut another 1/2 inch off the bottom leaving the rest the same. Left as is because she was already irritated and the last thing you want is someone cutting your hair that isnt happy to do so. So now I have to wait for the angled bob to grow out enough in the back so that I can try again somewhere else to get the haircut I was looking for in the first place. Came home to have my family ask me if I had color done because it was hardly noticeable. Cost me double that I have spent at other professional salons.
Today I had a facial with Mary! She is a fabulous esthetician. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable! I would definitely recommend having a facial with her. I must add, my skin feels amazing too!
I need to stop here because it was the most stupid service I seen in a long time and let me tell you if you like this place if because you have not try the good ones!
Had the best experience ever. Great stylists, friendly staff. Only four stars due to the fact the music was HORRIBLE. Suppose to be relaxing experience, but after 10 min of listening to that wretched music, it took a lot away from the experience. Please change it!
My wife loves going there. Treated her very well and did a wonderful job coloring and styling her hair. Would highly recommend!!!
