Dr. Curtis is wonderful, However, the office staff is totally inept at dealing with her clients. It's a shame that after years of searching for a great doctor for our two sons Dr.Curtis was a perfect match for them. But apparently the crazy office manager has the authority to close a patients account without consulting with the doctor. I've never heard of this. After being a complete condescending Jerk to my wife, and doing nothing to deescalate the situation, she called the police and had her escorted out of the office. All because she was 9 minutes late for the appointment and would not contact Dr. Curtis upon her arrival. Shameful to have such a person in charge of her office dealing with her patients.
