I had cervical spine surgery on Nov. 2, 2017. Dr. Donald Kacharzyk and Dr. Charles Chuman ( the dream team) did a great job in repairing the damaged vertebrae. Dr. Pierce was a very nice attending physician with a great bedside demeanor. He was blunt and too the point, but not mean or rude. Great guy.
I was in and out, already feeling better!
I also had a fantastic nursing staff taking EXCELLENT care of me. R.N.s: Patty, Allysa, and Julia were on top of everything. The Care Techs (CNAs): Charrisa, Rachel, Sharon were compassionate, caring, and Understanding. They went over and beyond taking care of me. And a special thank you goes to Rhonda and Trisha in respiratory were always on time and concerned about my breathing and oxygen levels. I apologize if I miss spelled a name or forgot a nurses name from my awesome nursing staff. Overall, I had a great experience and I had a comfortable stay, even with the pain from my surgical procedure. l would gladly promote Pinnacle Hospital for anyone in need of imaging, mammograms, labs, or surgical procedures.
Ok I go into ER for maybe my should being out of socket. Ended up being a cyst. Anyway they charged me $75.00 for the ER visit and another $40.00 for the xray of my shoulder. They recommend an orthopedic surgeon. 3 weeks later I get a bill from another company called Radiologic Associates of Northwest Indiana, PC for $39.00 for the xray. Pinnacle hospital never stated that I would be billed by a separate company for the xray. If I would have known this would happen then why did Pinnacle hospital charge me for a service that they do not perform themselves? Go here if you want ripped off. Until then I have an attorney that says I have a case against the hospital for charging me for a service that they so not perform themselves.
Don't waste your time or money! Seriously!
