Moriarty's Gem Art did a great job on the engagement ring for my son. I am from Illinois, but was recommended to go to him from a buddy of mine. My son and I went there and were pleased with Steve's help. We found a ring and a Diamond...and saved us about $2,000 over the Naperville store we received a quote from earlier in the week. He sent us a picture of the finished piece, which we will be picking up this weekend. My son plans on proposing Sunday...thank you for your help!
The customer service is excellent, I was impressed by the genuine care for jewelry. Sometimes I feel like a walking price tag to jewelers, but here I felt my wants and needs were cared for. Our jeweler Alice was informative, inviting, and accommodating.
Great Online Experience! I ordered an opal online from their website. Unfortunately, the opal was already sold. Mr. Moriarty offered another that was even larger at a discounted price. The transaction worked like clockwork, and the opal arrived exactly as shown on the website, well packaged, and quickly. Will definitely continue to patronize the store.
Where else can you go and get something custom made on site? I stopped in here just to see if they can adjust my tag heuer watch because it was unsnapping they did it for me free of charge. I know where I'm going to get a custom made ring for my 10th wedding anniversary.

Through collaborative efforts, we worked seamlessly to create a one of a kind, custom engagement ring. Their entire team is amazing and pays incredible attention to detail. Myself and my wife couldn't have been happier with the final product. Of course, we returned for both of our weddings bands as well.
