I am always in and out as long as I have the correct documentation that they need. Friendly and efficient staff. I will say that there are discrepancies on what documents are needed for various transactions between phone and website.
They hustle patrons right thru at this branch.. fabulous! Mostly pleasant employees.. good job!
This branch is the worst branch to go to. Every time I have to go here, I end up making several trips because there us no one to talk to before you even get a number, so you have to sit there and wait forever just to be told you need something and that's when if you get the right information from them. I went there to renew my plates, and after waiting for a half hour, was told i had to have emmision test because if the year. After explaining I transferred my plates last year and had the emissions test done last year, was told i had to still go. That's fine, but, I get to the emissions place and they refused to even test it because I had it done last year and was told, they have no clue why the people there would refuse to renew my plates.. so the emissions place had to renew my plates for 10 dollars more because the people at this location have no clue what they are talking about. I wish this was the first time I had to waste time money and gas because they don't know the right information to give.. but this was the 3rd.
Went in on a Saturday morning to transfer my plates after trading in my vehicle. I think I was in there 5 minutes tops! Everything went smooth. The lady was very friendly. Thanks!
