Ive been coming to this place sibce their Lynwood days in the 90's. I wil always prefer personalized services as opposed to machines. Redbox usually runs out and you have to return the next day.
Went in there because Redbox didnt have the PS4 game I wanted. I couldn't find the game section so I asked the lady at the counter and she tells me they don't have PS4 games. Well no wonder video stores are being beat out by Redbox.
They called 3 days later trying to say I did not return a movie... I explained I turned it in on the next morning in the drop box. No course of action. Just acting like I stole the movie....
They are over priced. The owners are uneducated when it comes to movies or the pricing specials.
