We were there a couple of weeks ago with Twinnie Le, our rabbit. The Vet was nice very young looking but nice. We'll be going back soon with my mom's Pom. The staff is courteous & it's a clean facility & they seem knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone who loves their fur babies!
Awesome facility, clean and well organized. From the reception staff to the veterinarians everyone is excellent at what they do. Wouldn't take our two German Shepherds anywhere else.
My regular vet was booked and we had an emergency with our cat today. He is normally cranky and was worse today, The staff was great, got in to see Dr right away even though we are not regulars, within an hour the Dr called to update me on his condition, they were able to fix him without padding the bill. And let me make payment arrangements. May start bringing all my babies here. The staff from reception to the Drs were great and understanding.
Clean, friendly, and super helpful. I went un this morning with my brand new kitten and found this vet center to be affordable and very caring. I waited a little bit to be seen by the doctor, but it was well worth it. Liz was super helpful and gave me all the information I needed to get my little Monty on the right track.
We took our Australian Shepherd here because we took him to multiple other vets and were unable to get a diagnosis for his chronic diarrhea. Within a week, we got a diagnosis and a solution for him that other vets in the area couldn’t provide. We are so grateful for their work and so excited they opened a place in Crown Point. This place has fantastic staff and is absolutely gorgeous on the inside. I would highly recommend this place.
