Did a fantastic job on wife car and got a reasonable price.
Honest price for honest work, really a great place.
Bad business to deal with.

These people do not tell the truth, and do not stand behind their work.
This is an honest business that knows what they're doing. They were able to fix my car when others weren't. TheI prices are the best that I've found. GREAT business!
Fixed up my 05 Audi a6 for a cheap and reasonable price. And they even got it done quick!!
I called Dave's about a simple install of rear springs and shocks. Dave, the owner asked me how many miles on the car, and I told him. He told me that it probably needed front springs and shocks also. I asked if he could give me a price for the rear, and for the suggested parts he thought that I would need. He said he would have to call me back with an estimate. He did, but when asked about what parts he was replacing, he didn't include the rear springs. I said that I wanted them done, that is why I called in the first place.The car bottoms out going over bumps. He said that he would replace them too, and I agreed to have the job done. O dropped the car off the next morning, and left the key in the key drop. I called around 10:30 just to make sure they had got the parts and the job could be completed as he said. I was assured that all the parts were all in, and the job would be done. I was called about 3 hours later by another Dave, who I now know is Dave's son. He assured me that the job was done. When I asked him what was done, he didn't know. I asked for the original Dave to call me back, as was told that he didn't know if he would be back or not. I have friends who have a shop next door to Dave's Auto repair, and called them, and they assured me that Dave sr. was there. I called back to Daves, and somehow Dave has appeared.He assured me that the car was done. When I asked him what was done he told me front struts and shocks, and rear shocks. I asked him about the rear springs that were asked about, and that were in the original quote, and I was told I didn't need them. I told him that I wanted them put on, and he said he will have to see if he can get them. I was called back by Dave, and told there were no springs available.Before calling this shop, I was going to do this job myself, and found all the parts needed, why can't he? I went to pick up the car, and was charged the price I was given with the rear springs, But there were no springs installed, so I shouldn't be charged. The reason this job was done was to stop the car from bottoming out, and it still does the same thing, bottoming out if there is someone in the backseat. It is a sedan, and should be able to carry passengers. The person at the shop when I went to pick up the car told me that if I wanted the car, I would have to pay the bill that was left for me. I asked what if the work didn't fix the problem, and was told to call Dave on Tuesday. I called, and spoke with Dave jr.,(Dave wasn't there again???), about the car still bottoming out. I was told that there are no springs available for the car, and was hung up on. Funny, I can find them, and can get them.
