I discovered Knight Automotive during a Farmers Market outing. I took my car to Bill for an oil change. Since that time, he has attended to both my husbands and my vehicles on various occasions. We expect a certain level of expertise from Bill and he always delivers. I am not shy about asking questions and when further clarification is needed either he or his sister in law Michelle provides it. Therefore; I can see that our long standing relationship will weather the storms. We have followed him from his first to third locations to receive his help, and I do not see us abandoning him, who would when you are receiving excellent care?

The staff at Knight Automotive are very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. We take all 4 of our vehicles to them. Everyone is very professional and the quality of service is outstanding. Estimates are given and nothing is done until I receive a friendly call from the office staff. Prices are very reasonable. We will continue to take our vehicles to Knight and highly recommend this business to anyone with automotive needs.
When a component is bad and does have to be repaired/replaced, they use only Factory authorized GM parts. My car will go to no other shop for repairs.
The staff and mechanics at Knight Automotive are professionals. They treat the customer as an important key part of the repair process and could not get any better at it. I own a 2009 Chevy Impala that now has 281,700 miles. With the professional rebuilding that Knight has done, this Impala rides like new. Honesty in business has got to be one of the utmost priorities for me. Many times I will ask to have a component replaced because I thought it might be due or is bad. And many of those same times, I would be told that the part looks and tests good and does not require replacement at this time.
This is the first time I've ever gone to a mechanic and knew I wasn't being ripped off or taken advantage of. My service writer, Kevin, was outstanding! He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. When I asked about other things that may need to be done with the car since it was already in the shop, they came back and told me that none of them needed to be addressed and suggested the timing of when things should be done in the future. OUTSTANDING! They just won a customer for life!
