Some.machines are blah. But staff is incredible
The younger lady who works here was the worst. Horrible. I will not be returning to this place because she was so awful. She shouldn't work in customer service. Maybe a desk job. If she doesnt have to talk on the phone. That bad.
I was needing a laundry mat in the area and I read the reviews and how terrible the place was. However, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The machines were a bit difficult to understand so I had to ask him questions. The lady was beyond rude to me. She pretty much told me that all their customers love this place and I could take my business elsewhere! I was beyond surprise! I was just trying to make sure I was using the machine right!!!
The washers and dryers here are wonderful! I can fit my queen size comforter in one! The dryers fit mine AND my mom's laundry in one dryer! Its great! The washers were $4.25 per load but were so worth it when all my bedding fit into it. My bedding actually looks and feels clean. The dryers charge about $1 for every 20 minutes or so. Quick drying and quick washing though! I was hesitant on coming here after the reviews but it was worth it!
Really need to update website with accurate times. Went at 7pm website closing time 9pm.
