Do NOT get your alterations done here! If you can get over the rude employees who act like they are doing you a favor by taking your clothes, you sure will hate their seamstress! I had to bring back my 2 sets of pants twice because they couldn't get my inseam right (kept leaving it an inch longer than I requested). So instead of a week, I waited 3 weeks to get my pants back. No "I'm sorry", no "how about we discount the service", nothing! I will never go back to this place and I strongly encourage you not to either.
Quality work but service varies too much.
Don't use. Was promised shirt would be laundered and pressed by a given date but they called over weekend to say they couldn't deliver as promised. Because they send out...I can't even pick up shirt to try other cleaner. Totally in a bind and they have no remorse nor have they made an effort to make right. Never again....tried them...now I know why my family never used them all these years.
I take my clothes to Value Cleaners weekly and I haven't been more satisfied. I just found out that there's a new owner which explains the new employees. So far everyone has been nice and helpful. If you're in the Crown Point area and need your clothes cleaned, go to Value Cleaners in the Square.
