$50 lunch for a 3 hour hassle! Extremely disappointed! Not only were we not receiving refills, one of our family members didn't get his food until we were done eating. They took off his burger but nothing will replace the horrible experience we had. We spent three hours there and were waiting for over an hour! Extremely disappointed that I will never get my money OR my time back!!!
This place must think they are a prime steak house in the middle of a big city. The prices for chicken wings, fries and a fried pickle app with a soft drink was over $30. You have got to be kidding. Get a grip! No wonder the place was empty.
Today the food came out super fast and super hot! The drinks were nice and cold and our server Luke was nothing but awesome! Wish every time we came here it was like this

This isn't the first time we have had a bad experience here. We came at 6 on a Friday night, expected it to be busy but at the time was not. Ordered a new "hybrid" beer and was told they didn't have it yet. It's on the special menu and did not have it. So I explained it was just Sam Adams and Guinness, both of which you have on tap. Either way, placed our order and took every bit of an hour... 30 minutes in, Ashley told us our food was next up. People that say after us had eaten and had their bill before we got our meal. Got the manager, she went and checked, came back out 5 minutes later with someone else's food, when she saw me she realized she forgot. Never saw her again, no apology, no discount, nothing. After eating we left @ 8...2 hours with my little kids, never going back.
