Called 4 times to place an order, no one answers the phone. Drive over and wait more than 5 minutes till someone takes my order. I ask if phones aren't working and told no they aren't. What kind of a way is this to run a business. If this wasn't so close and not much else in winfield I would never come back. They are clearly understaffed.
I can agree with most of the reviews. Came in on Friday night, the entire lobby was packed with people waiting on orders. It's a weekend I can understand busy but be prepared. Not a single pizza was hot and ready. My total visit was 35 min waiting on 2 pizzas and crazy bread. Very unprofessional staff, can hear them arguing in the back. Looking at the reviews you would think corporate would step in and make some changes quickly. The crew working was totally incapable of handling their jobs. Definitely stop advertising hot n ready just for this location, it's leading to bad reviews.
Wow was very upset when i got home looking at my pizzas there were barly any toppings on it. I know its cheap pizzas but half the pizzas didnt even have one piece of suasage on it. From here on i will be looking at my pizzas b for i leave if i even go back now. The staff wasnt to friendly. No hellos or have a nice day or anything...
I've been eating little Ceasars since I was a kid, and it's my favorite fast food pizza! When I first moved to Winfield the location on 109th was just what I needed! But lately they are falling off! My breadsticks are constantly way over cooked, and pizza isn't tasting as fresh. Well tonight im finally saying goodbye! I went to this location at 10:15pm on a Friday night and they were closed!! The sign clearly says open until 11pm, as does the website. I think it's time your management looks into some new employees!!!
Why isn't there a professional manager on duty with these kids. Half the time they don't know the menu and tell you they don't have what you order. Whoever owns this place is loosing money right and left. Hire some people who know what they are doing.
